Life has felt a little different lately. Like beautiful chaos. The kind of chaos that puts a big smile on your face and makes you want to hold tight to the person standing next to you as the time passes. Eyes closed. Hands holding. Tight.
March passed so quickly. It felt like just last week it was the beginning of the year, and now somehow it is already spring. How did that happen? And since one month just ended that means I want to share a photography post.
March began with a search for a practical yet stylish camera bag. That led to a weekend road trip to Ruston, Louisiana. Enter the Kelly Moore Bag. After a few minutes (okay… maybe hours) in the store and playing with all the different bags to choose from, I chose the 2 Sues. It is the perfect size to carry all your gear and has enough compartments to hold all the little items that you need. We spent the rest of the weekend enjoying Ruston and the small town charm it has to offer.
Strawberries – Check. Great weather (warm enough for a good walk) – Check. Flowers – Check. Prepping for Easter – Check. It’s official. Spring is here!
I’ve been playing around with the manual settings on my camera. Especially with inside lighting. I haven’t figured everything out yet, but I feel my pictures are getting better. A little dark for my taste, but definitely improvement.
And, well, I can’t help but share a few photographs of Jack. He is the easiest to photograph, especially when you are testing out settings.
If you missed any part of my photography posts, check January’s photographs out here and February’s here. Now, I’m off to enjoy my Good Friday and Easter weekend with my family. I hope everyone has a great weekend! Until the next month…
Your photography is beautiful and Jack is a wonderful cooperative subject. The blog is “so YOU”. I am so enjoying all of them. Keep up the great communication.

Thanks so much! I have so much fun putting these posts together! Hope all is well!
